THE SEVEN SERIES
Article by Candi Ali

From singing and songwriting to producing their beats, upcoming artist London Beck sat with us at Seven Series to talk about their journey through music.

London grew up in Southwest Michigan with a deep passion for creating and cultivating music from a young age. During the interview, they discussed how they gained influence on music growing up. Being raised by their grandparents, London spoke on how their grandmother was a huge influence when it came to creating their art, and after losing their mother at a young age, they used music as a healing tool to get through trying stages in their life.

London found interest in singing, songwriting, producing, and playing multiple instruments, earning the title of a multi-hyphenate artist. They are also the founder and creator of Renivere Recording, a music production studio that aids other upcoming artists in creative consulting, sound engineering, music production, and commission. Over the period, London decided to take their musical talents further by getting an education in music studies.

Sonically, London creates a very electrifying yet angelic tone to their music. Their style is very unique and has every potential to be influential in the music industry. In January 2018, they released their first album, Blinded by Hunger. From there, London released multiple EPs and two albums, Angxl (2020) and The Black Satin Sessions (2021).
